LockHunter is a free tool to delete files blocked by unknown programs. Also it displays what programs are locking a file, allows to unlock a file from these programs or close these programs or even delete programs physically from disk. The main difference from other similar tools is that LockHunter is foolproof of accidental deletion of a useful file because it moves files to the recycle bin rather than deletes them forever
