Color coded so the user can see their entry permissions at a glance. Color coded Weekly Timesheet (with totals) that actually works. Daily Logs with totals for Activities, Expenses, Mileage, and ToDo entries.
'A Point in Time' will allow users to 'add' themselves as registered users 'on the fly'. So users don't have to wait for an administrator to grant user access.
